Game Overview and Scoring

Copy Head uses eight fair binary symbols, represented as zeros and ones. The game scans the sequence from left to right. At each unread position, it searches for the longest matching substring contained entirely within the already consumed prefix.

If a match of at least two symbols is found, it counts as a copy token. Otherwise, the system consumes one literal symbol. The score is calculated as the total length of all copied symbols minus one for each copy token generated.

Score Modes and Normalization

Players can choose between three score powers to determine their payout. Each mode is separately normalized over all 256 equally likely binary words to achieve a 96% expected gross return.

  • Score Mode: Uses the raw score directly.
  • Squared Mode: Uses the raw score squared.
  • Cubed Mode: Uses the raw score cubed.

The gross return formula is: Gross = 0.96 × captured whole stake × raw^(selected mode + 1) divided by the mean for the selected mode. The exact means are 2.1015625 for power 1, 4.9140625 for power 2, and 12.4609375 for power 3.

The formula uses mode index 0, 1 or 2 for Score, Squared or Cubed respectively; the exponent is therefore 1, 2 or 3.

Controls and Auto Play

Controls are locked during active settlement and any auto queue. Sound remains available throughout.

  • Auto10: Queues at most ten captured draws.
  • Stop: Cancels future draws while the current draw settles.
  • Reload: Ends an unfinished draw without refund.

A larger power does not change which words score zero. Powers one, two, and three do not alter which raw scores are zero.

Wallet and Balance Mechanics

One whole captured stake covers the complete independent fair binary word. The initial balance is 1,000. Fractional carry persists across settlement, refill, and reload.

Restore balance manually while idle below 10. It sets the balance to 1,000 and preserves fractional carry. Reload ends an unfinished draw without refund. Settled balance persists locally including zero.

Mathematical Evidence

Expected RTP is a mathematical expectation, not a win probability. Measured simulation percentages are sample observations.

Identity and Storage

The intended audience is 18+, which is a guide audience policy, not a claim about local law or an implemented age gate. Source uses browser localStorage for settled demo balance and fractional carry. This does not establish anonymity or exclude other processing. The template declares a Google Fonts stylesheet. The page may make additional third-party requests.

Frequently asked questions

Does Copy Head use standard slot symbols?

No. Copy Head uses eight fair binary symbols (zeros and ones). It scans left to right to find the longest matching substring in the consumed prefix. A match of at least two symbols is a copy token; otherwise, one literal is consumed.

How is the balance restored?

Restore balance manually while idle below 10. It sets the balance to 1,000 and preserves fractional carry. Reload ends an unfinished draw without refund.

What happens if I stop during Auto10?

Stop cancels future draws while the current draw settles. No early bank is allowed. Sound remains available throughout the settlement process.
